Another holiday enjoyed
Five days in our North
Leaves rejoicing before they fall
Mists short of rain
Giving the cloak of mystery
To each drive.
People in smaller towns
Kind and engaging.
Our marriage; our encounters
Spiked up a little.
So thankful for same.
Back to work this morning
Refreshed, rewarded.
